| Contestants from all over north-east Kansas vied for the opportunity to eat as many raw jalapeños as humanly possible in a short time period. The Jalapenos contest kicks the Fiesta off on Tuesday evening from the main stage at 7 pm, with signup beginning at 5 pm. The contest is limited to the first 30 contestants registered. To make sure you get one of the coveted spots, get there early! |  |
